Autism Nexus - Occupational Therapy Program

This service provides an individualised program either onsite at Croydon or in-home. Support will include assisting families to identify and address issues with:  routine and structure, sensory processing, and difficulties with activities of daily living, challenging behaviours and equipment    prescription.

The program would be structured to provide identification of services to address needs prioritised in the Individualised Family Service Plan (IFSP), development of a home program for the family to implement, and teaching families strategies to help them support their child.

Cost

• $110 Initial assessment and report
• $65 -    1 hour treatment session (centre based)
• $85 -    school / preschool visit
• $85 -    Case meeting (offsite)
