Centre Based Respite

Our Respite Centre is used for individual and group respite activities. It is a furnished house with a wide range of play equipment and activities to entertain children. It can also accommodate children for overnight stays.

During Individual Respite, families can elect for support workers to take their child to the centre where they can take advantage of the facilities on offer including art, craft, sports equipment, outdoor play equipment, musical instruments, TV, DVD player, PlayStation and more.

The Respite Centre also acts as a meeting place for Saturday Group Programs and Vacation Care. It provides a secure and central location with plenty of entertainment on offer, where staff and families can meet and interact at the beginning and end of each day. Various activities are also based at the centre as part of these group days.
