Respite - Vacation Care

During school holidays throughout the year, day activities are provided in a group setting whereby children can enjoy a wide range of recreational activities in the community or can participate in a range of organised activities based at the Centre. Long and short day options are available to parents to cater to working families and multiple activities are regularly offered to appropriately engage children of different ages and abilities.

Staff ratios are strictly maintained to provide suitable care for all children on community outings and the Respite Coordinator is present at all activities to facilitate the smooth running of the program.

The Vacation Care program offers children a wide range of experiences such as visits to the Sydney Aquarium, IMAX, Symbio Wildlife Park, Taronga Zoo, Museum exhibitions and The Easter Show. We also participate in visits to local parks, bush walking, movies, ten pin bowling, swimming, ferry days and sports days.
