"In general, throughout this financial year, whether [my son] has been doing vacation care, time to try or 1:1 shifts, he has been so well cared for and loved. I am always so touched and want to express my sincere thanks not only to every staff member who was in charge of him for any given session, but also those staff members who know him well and show a natural concern and care for him even when he is not their specific charge for the day. It’s like visiting family"
