About Forge

Further developing a range of skills and experiences once the school structure ends is vitally important.
Forge services are specifically designed for young adults from 18-25 years and provide a fresh, safe and fun atmosphere aiming to support the transitioning from school life into the next stage.
The Forge program supports participants by offering a wide range of social and individual activities in the purpose built centre, home or the community.


Forge offers:

• Group programs, focusing on:
     -lifelong learning,
     -health & wellbeing,
     -community access,
     -socialisation
• Individual supports which work toward the achievement of personal goals;
• Short Term Accommodation in a purpose built facility which encourages independence and learning for daily living.

From the 1st July 2019, the NDIA introduced Temporary Transformation Payment pricing (TTP).  

Forge by St Anthony’s are required to follow some TTP requirements set out in the NDIS price guide including publishing our prices on the website.

Forge Disability Services provide quality short term accommodation for young adults with a disability. Overnight stays are specifically tailored to meet individual needs with strong focus to work towards and achieve goals.

  • Our cottages are homely, well equipped and secure.
  • Wide range of indoor and outdoor activities and extensive collection of sensory equipment to suit all needs.
  • Conveniently located in the Inner West. Pick and drop off available.

Along with the exciting experience of a night away from home, parents also have the added benefit of taking a break from their caring role to relax and recharge.
