Joanna Najdzion – Chief Executive Officer
Joanna was appointed as the CEO of St Anthony’s Family Care in 2013.
She has over 25 years’ experience working in the not for profit sector predominantly in the areas of disability services and out of home care.
Joanna has held a range of management and senior management positions with large service providers in the areas of early intervention, post school and community options, employment and foster care services.
Her positions although Sydney based, have included the management of staff and services across several rural areas in NSW.
Joanna’s strengths include leadership, organisational management and strategic planning. She has strong relationships with government and key stakeholders in the community and across the sector. She is passionate about the delivery of high quality services that make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families.
Joanna’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts, Graduate Certificate in Business Management and Masters of Business administration. Joanna held a position on the Executive of Catholic Social Services NSW/ACT between 2013 and 2017.
Elizabeth Touma – Manager, Business Services
Tracey Camp joined in July 2026 and is a senior finance executive with more than 20 years’ experience leading financial strategy, operational performance, and corporate services across major healthcare organisations in Australia. She has held senior leadership roles where she oversaw complex portfolios, multidisciplinary teams, and large‑scale financial operations.
She is recognised for her ability to stabilise financial environments, strengthen governance, and deliver sustainable operational improvements. Her leadership style is grounded in clarity, accountability, and genuine care for people — empowering teams to perform at their best while building strong cross‑functional relationships with stakeholders.
Tracey is known for quickly diagnosing operational issues and implementing practical, high‑impact solutions. She has led major process improvements, strengthened internal controls, and delivered financial outcomes that support safe, high‑quality Client centred care which she is passionate about.
She is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) as well as a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) , and holds qualifications in taxation, corporate law, and business finance. She is committed to continuous learning.
Tracey brings a rare combination of financial rigour, operational insight, and people‑centred leadership — making her a trusted partner for organisations seeking stability, strategic clarity, and strong financial stewardship.
Helen Danes – Manager, Administration & Property
Helen has worked in a variety of administrative roles across a chartered accounting firm, an insurance company, and legal firms, where she managed busy offices and supported professional teams.
She joined St Anthony’s Family Care in 2009 as a full-time Administration Officer and has been supporting the Chief Executive Officer and management team for over 17 years. Helen enjoys creating a positive, organised workplace that reflects the organisation’s mission and values. In 2026, she was appointed Administration & Property Manager.
Rachel Yeung – Manager, Figtree Early Learning Centre
Rachel is the Manager of Figtree Early Learning Centre and an experienced Early Childhood Teacher who is passionate about giving every child the best possible start in life. She has a strong commitment to inclusive education and believes deeply in creating environments where all children feel valued, supported, and capable
Originally coming from a music education background, Rachel began her career in early childhood education in 2018 and has worked across both for-profit and not-for-profit settings.
These experiences strengthened her belief in the importance of not-for-profit early learning, where children, families, and the wider community are truly prioritised.
Prior to becoming Centre Manager, Rachel held the role of Early Childhood Teacher at Figtree for two years. She returned to the service in May 2024, excited to take on a leadership position and continue supporting children and families in the community.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) and is currently completing her Master of Educational Leadership. She is especially passionate about fostering warm, respectful, and collaborative relationships, both with children and with her team.
